JustiProof automatically summarizes and exports your timeline regardless of what order you added incidents or evidence.
Any time you add a new incident or new item of evidence it will be incorporated into the summary or report export the next time you generate a new version without any additional effort required from you. You just document when something happens or when you remember something new, JustiProof does the rest.

Export Timeline Report
Timeline Reports are formatted, organized reports generated according to what matters most to HR, lawyers or EEOC/FEPA Agencies.
When your timeline is exported, your incidents are first categorized by discrimination and violation type and then listed in chronological order within each category. Evidence is referenced for each relevant incident and all evidence is automatically labeled according to where it appears in the appendix.
Want to know what your final timeline report will look like? See our Example Timeline Report
If you have uploaded attachments (such as word documents, PDF's or audio files) those will automatically be referenced and listed in the appendix, but will need to be included separately when you share the timeline report. If exporting via Google Drive, we also include a link to the folder with these attachments already labeled according to where they appear in the appendix.
Note: If you have previously exported your timeline report, the same Google Doc will be used, erasing any previously exported information and replacing it with the updated version of the timeline report. If you wish to retain the current version, please make a copy of it before exporting your timeline report again.

Summarize Timeline (Web Only)
JustiProof's Timeline Summary analyzes every incident in your timeline to provide a high-level overview focused on the discrimination violations that HR, lawyers and EEOC care about most.
This summary can be used as a guide for verbally communicating your concerns to third parties, ensuring you're prepared to provide a high level overview of the most critical violations, the damages suffered and key incidents without moving into a disorganized, chaotic talk track that can occur from trying to cover every incident in a short time.
With this summary you ensure the individual listening knows exactly what your claims are and what has led you to this conclusion, so they are willing to review your timeline report which details the specifics of your claims in a way that connects to your summary and is easy to follow.
