The JustiProof Report Building Wizard offers a full walk-through on how to document discrimination. You simply describe an incident and add the date and we'll do the rest.
This guide will walk through an overview of how the wizard works and the steps to adding an incident by using it.
Please note: The Wizard is only available on the web application (browser) and is not yet available on the mobile application

How To Use JustiProof's Report Building Wizard
The report building wizard is the screen when you log into JustiProof via the browser.
Once you are logged in, you can access the wizard by navigating to: https://app.justiproof.com/
To begin using using the wizard select, Get Started Now
Create or Select a Timeline
The wizard walks you through adding incidents, but incidents are contained inside a timeline, so we'll first identify a timeline to add the incident to. (Learn More About Timeline)
If you have used JustiProof previously and have already created timelines, you will be given the option to either select from your current timelines or create a new timeline. If you have not created a JustiProof timeline previously, you will only be shown the option for creating a new timeline.
Add to Existing Timeline
Choose a timeline from the Select A Timeline dropdown
Select Select Timeline button
Create A New Timeline
Enter a timeline name into the Name Your Timeline text box
Timeline Type is automatically selected for you
Note: JustiProof currently only supports Workplace Discrimination, but more reports will be added soon.
Select Create Timeline button
Upon confirmation the timeline is created

Described An Incident
Describe any incident that you believe may be discriminatory or retaliatory.
The more details provided, the better as the wizard will use this to guide you through the rest of the documentation process. No need to worry about perfection or only provided the necessary details, one of our future steps will be to help you modify your description of the incident for increased effectiveness.

Confirm Incident Details
JustiProof will analyze your description to populate your incident details. You may modify as needed.
When ready, select Continue to accept the values as added or edited.

Select Incident Description
JustiProof will generate a modified version of your incident description. Our version is designed to clear, direct and fact-based.
For easier comparison, we will also populate your original text directly below the AI generated version.
Select your preferred version, make any edits as needed and select Continue.

Select Responsible Parties
JustiProof will analyze your description to identify potential responsible parties for the discrimination or retaliation.
Our suggestions will be based on how you reference individuals, so if for example, you had used your boss' or male colleague's name in your description our recommendation would be more specific than the generic boss, male colleague listed here.
If you have previously added the Responsible Party to JustiProof, you can select them from the drop drop. If you have not added these responsible parties you can navigate to creating those parties (your progress will be saved) or add them in the future by editing the incident after creation.

Support Your Claims with Evidence & Witnesses
Finally, we'll make suggestions for evidence and witnesses that you may want to consider adding based on your description of events.
If you have previously added the related Evidence or Witnesses to JustiProof, you can select them from the drop drop. If you have not added one or both, you can navigate to creating either now (your progress will be saved) or add them in the future by editing the incident after creation.

Create Incident
At the bottom of the page, you'll select Create Incident.
The incident will be created and added to you timeline with the values you accepted or added to the wizard.
You may now view the incident in your report or use the wizard again to add a new incident.
