JustiProof Timeline Overview

Your JustiProof Timeline helps you validate and prove your discrimination claims through a collection of incidents and evidence.


Within the JustiProof Timeline, Incidents are displayed in chronological order for easier navigation while you're reviewing or updating information.

JustiProof Timelines View

The timelines view lists all of your timelines and allows you to create, edit or delete timelines.


If you previously created timelines they will be listed in the Timelines Table. If you have not created a timeline yet, you will see the option to Create New Timeline.


Web Application (Browser): If logged in, you can access timelines via:


Mobile Application: If signed in, you can access timelines via:

  • Open JustiProof App > Timelines

  • select Timelines from app navigation (bottom of app)


The Timelines Table lists your timelines, including:

  • Timeline Name

  • Incident Count: Number of incidents added to the timeline

  • Created Date (mobile only): Date timeline was first created

  • Actions you can take from this screen, including edit and delete

Individual Timeline View

The individual timeline view displays the timeline summary and the list of incidents.


Steps To Open Timeline View

Web Application (Browser): If logged in, you can access timelines via:

  • Timelines View > Timelines > Click on Timeline Name or Pencil Icon


Mobile Application: If signed in, you can access timelines via:

  • Open JustiProof App > Timelines > Click on Timeline Name or Edit Timeline



Individual Timeline Details

An overview of the information displayed in each timeline view.


Timeline View Actions (Top of Individual Timeline View)

The buttons at the top of the Individual Timeline View are the actions available for the timeline.


Actions like summarize (web only) and export are only available after incidents have been added.


Timeline Summary - Web

All information displayed in the Timeline Summary has been added through individual incidents. The unique values added across all incidents will be listed here.

Timeline Summary - Mobile

Below the Incidents list is the collection of Responsible Parties, Witnesses and Evidence that have been added to the timeline through the individuals incidents assigned.



Timeline Incidents

The Incidents lists shows all of the incidents added to your timeline with an option to review in table view or timeline (web only) view. You click on incidents in either view to review or edit the incident. The option to delete the incident is only available in table view.





Create Timeline

Create a new timeline to document the incidents of discrimination and retaliation at your workplace.


Steps to Create Timeline
  1. Timelines View > Select Create New Timeline

  2. Enter your preferred timeline name into the Timeline Name text box

  3. Select Workplace Discrimination from Timeline Type

    • Note: JustiProof currently only supports Workplace Discrimination, but more timeline options will be added soon.

  4. Select Create Timeline button

  5. Your timeline will be created and you will be returned to your new timeline page.

Edit Timeline Name (web only)

The Timeline Name appears on the first page of your timeline report export. You can edit the timeline name at any time from the individual timeline view.


Steps to Edit Timeline Name

  1. From Timelines View > Edit Report Name

  2. A text box will appear around the timeline name allowing you to change the text

  3. Enter your new timeline name

  4. Select Save New Name

  5. If you change your mind and do not want to edit the name, select Cancel



Delete Timeline

Deleting your JustiProof Timeline will also delete all of the Incidents contained in the timeline. However, it will not delete Responsible Parties, Evidence or Witnesses, which are created and stored separate from the timeline.


Steps to Delete Timeline

  1. From Timelines View > Delete Timeline

  2. You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete. Select OK (web) or Delete (mobile)

  3. The timeline and all incidents will be deleted.

  4. You will be returned to the JustiProof Timelines View
