Introduction to Responsible Parties

Responsible Parties are the individuals who are participating in the discrimination and retaliation or the individuals who were in a position of power and failed to act after you informed them of your concerns.

Changes made via the web and mobile will be synced automatically, so that your account information is the same across devices.

JustiProof Responsible Parties View

Web Browser: If logged in, you can access responsible parties two ways:

• Navigating to Build Your Case > Responsible Parties

• The following url: https://app.justiproof.com/responsible-parties/

Mobile: If signed in, you can access responsible parties two ways:

• App Home Screen > Responsible Parties

• Select Responsible Parties tab from App Navigation (Bottom of Screen)

From the Responsible Parties View you can create a new Responsible Party or modify an existing Responsible Party.

Create New Responsible Party

Once a new Responsible Party has been created, they will be listed in the Responsible Party drop down as an option to be added to an Incident.

Steps to Create A New Responsible Party

1. From Responsible Parties View >  Select Create New Responsible Party (web) or Add New Responsible Party (mobile)

2. Enter First Name: Type in the first name of the Responsible Party

3. Enter Last Name: Type in the last name of the Responsible Party

4. Select Relationship from:

   • Superior - Direct

   • Superior - Indirect

   • Peer

   • Subordinate - Direct

   • Subordinate - Indirect

   • HR

   • Other

5. Enter Title: The job title of the Responsible Party

6. When finished, select Create Responsible Party

Edit Responsible Party

Editing a Responsible Party will automatically apply the changes to any Incident and Timeline they are assigned to, so that the change is reflected the next time you generate a Timeline Report.

Steps To Edit Responsible Party

1. From Responsible Parties View > Click on the Pencil Icon (web) or Edit Responsible Party (mobile)

2. Make any needed changes

3. Select Save Changes

Delete Responsible Party

Deleting a Responsible Party will automatically remove the individual from any Incident or Timeline they are assigned to. The individual will no longer appear on your Timeline Report once a new export is generated.

Steps To Delete Responsible Party

1. From Responsible Parties View > Click Trash Icon (web) or Delete Witness (mobile)

2. Confirm you want to delete the individual by selecting OK (web) or Delete (mobile)

3. You will be returned to the Responsible Parties View
