In this article we'll review each type of AI Suggestion available and how it can be leveraged to build a discrimination timeline that is clear, direct and well supported.

Simplify Incident Description for Effectiveness

JustiProof's AI will analyze your incident description and return a new text suggestion that focuses on the facts in a simple and concise flow that increases the effectiveness for relaying information to an objective third party.

Steps To Using Simplify Incident Description

1. Open Create Incident or Edit Incident

2. Select Get JustiProof's Suggestion for Effectiveness

3. Review AI Suggestion returned

   • To approve, select Replace with AI Suggestion (Web) or Accept (Mobile)

   • To get a new suggestion, select Get JustiProof's Suggestion for Effectiveness again

   • To reject, request alternative AI suggestion or save incident

4. After AI Suggestion is accepted it will replace the text in Describe the Incident

5. You may edit the text as needed before saving

Suggest Discrimination and Violation Type

JustiProof's AI will analyze your incident description and return a suggestion for Discrimination Type and Violation Type.

Steps To Using Simplify Incident Description

1. Open Create Incident or Edit Incident

2. Under Violation Subtype, click Not Sure? Get JustiProof's Suggestion

3. Review AI Suggestion returned

   • To approve, select Replace with AI Suggestion (Web) or Accept (Mobile)

   • To get a new suggestion, click Not Sure? Get JustiProof's Suggestion again

   • To reject, select Decline (Mobile), No action necessary on Web

4. After AI Suggestion is accepted it will replace Discrimination and Violation Type

5. You may change the values after replacing if needed

Suggest Evidence

JustiProof's AI will analyze your incident description and suggest evidence that may help support and confirm your description of this incident.

Steps To Using Suggest Evidence

1. Open Create Incident or Edit Incident

2. Under Violation Subtype, click Get JustiProof's Suggestions for Evidence

3. Review AI Suggestion returned

   • To approve, select Accept (Mobile), No action necessary on Web

   • To get a new suggestion, click Get JustiProof's Suggestions for Evidence again

   • To reject, select Decline (Mobile), No action necessary on Web

4. If you have uploaded this evidence previously you may select it from the Evidence list

   • Alternatively, create evidence at a later date and Edit the Incident to add Evidence
