I Wish You Could See You How I See You
I wish that I would never hear another person tell me they’re not as strong as me.
I wish every victim of discrimination could see the strength in themselves that I see in them.
It takes so much strength to smile and be professional with the person hurting you.
It takes so much bravery to face each day in a toxic workplace.
You deserve better. You need to believe that.
You can fight back. You need to see that.
Expose the person discriminating for the pathetic, insecure person they are.
Fight the companies that failed you.
Make incompetent leaders face their incompetence.
I Wish You Knew I Wasn't Always This Person
I wish you could know me for the person I was before this fight changed me.
I wish you knew the humble, helpful, team player who was filled with optimism.
I wish you could see how I never retaliated even when others hurts me.
I wish you could see how forgiving I was.
I wish you could see how horrified I would have been at how publicly open I am now.
I wish you knew that I never imagined the impact I could have on an organization.
I wish you knew that I feel nothing but satisfaction for the price paid by those who hurt me.
I wish you knew how that lack of guilt shocks me still today.
I've put others first my whole life. But not them. Never them. Never again.
Their discrimination didn't change me into the person I am today.
I changed me. I demanded better for myself. I released the inner power I didn't know I had.

I Wish You Knew How You Inspired Me
I built JustiProof to break the status quo, because you let me know I wasn't alone.
I grew strong, because your tears cut me to my core.
I grew determined, because your stories restored the fire inside of me and gave me purpose.
I became focused, because I saw the reflection of my own pain in each of you.
I believed we could change the world, because I saw the strength in you that you couldn't
This would be a futile effort otherwise.
I want you to recognize the workplace discrimination for what it is.
I want you to protect your career from those who would steal it from you.
I want you to demand accountability for those who dared to steal your peace.
I Believe in Us
We don’t want to see the discrimination. It's awful. It's ugly.
We didn't think it could still happen today. Not like this. Not to this level.
Not tolerated until it takes everything from us. Not tolerated until the bully wins.
BUT I NEED YOU TO SEE.
BECAUSE I NEED YOU TO FIGHT.
BECAUSE WE NEED YOU TO FIGHT.
