An incident is any event you believe may be discrimination or retaliation? Not sure if it matters? Remember most modern-day discrimination is made up of a series of big and small incidents to reveal a patter of discrimination. Go ahead and document it, we'll organize it and help you summarize your overall timeline so that the incident supports the overall story without appearing as noise.

With each individual incident you'll describe a discriminatory or retaliatory event and capture the related Responsible Parties, Witnesses and Evidence.

Built-in AI guides you through documenting each incident. Learn more about how in JustiProof AI Guidance.
